Why do they always want to ram it down your throat?

Just get on with life.

There were a couple of West ham shirts on show yesterday. Outnumbered by gooners though. Ended up drinking in the retro bar and saw another West Ham shirt wearer. I didn't say hello. One of my proofter mates reckoned it wasn't as good as past years, too many straights! hahaha.

I am guessing the curse was uttered some years ago before your residence on WHO. And it seems to have worked.

India has many so-called hijras, or transvestites. Some seem to be hetero or bi cross-dressers, while others are 'third gender' or just gay. Many beg for a living, and some - particularly the gay ones - can be a nuisance. I once told one of them that s/he hadn't shaved that morning, because s/he had a noticeable stubble. S/he went off in a major huff with all sorts of curses, but hasn't approached me since.

Yule.

The ancient festival of getting pissed.

I can embrace this in its entirety.

Although once a year is a bit infrequent for a pious person like me...

Mithras is a no-no for vegetarians.

Or anyone else who doesn't fancy washing bull's blood out of their hair.
